About The Position:
The Residential Services Manager serves as administrator and leader over their assigned facility. The Residential Services Manager oversees and supervises the residential milieu across all shifts in their facility. This position is responsible for assisting with their department’s compliance with NOVA policies and procedures, Mental Health and DHSR rules and regulations, and the applicable standards of the Joint Commission (National Accreditation Organization).

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Some weekend and night shift monitoring is required.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in a human service field, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field and two years of experience working with behavioral health populations, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a field other than human services and four years of experience working with behavioral health populations, OR
- license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession
